We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in the following area as Senior QA Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist lead QA Engineer in monitoring quality issue until closure
- Review report from QA Engineer.
- Handle customer claims and audits and spearhead improvements
- Drive closure and resolution of quality issues from customer feedback and internal feedback.
- Handle audits. Train QA/QC engineers and inspector regarding quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- QA Engineer with management skill an handled a group of Engineers
- Experience in ISO and regulatory audits
- Improvement project such as RMA and customer claim reduction
- Customer communication/interface and also have experience making 8D report
- Knowledge to provide presentation slides
