Job Description
- As PERSON that Promote Patlite products and identifying new sales opportunities for Patlite, thereby growing its sales in Indonesia.
- Manage, support and work closely with Patlite existing distributors to optimize their sales performance as well as identify new distributors/sales channels to expand into new market segments.
- Conduct sales presentation and products’ demonstrations to distributors /customers.
- Be involved in planning and executing of marketing/promotional activities (eg. Advertisements, Road Shows, Exhibitions, Product Promotion Campaigns)
Requirements
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and capable of representing Patlite in Indonesia as a key contact person.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales track record in selling Factory Automation products to manufacturing plants and/or machine builders in major industries such as electronics & semiconductors, automotive, precision engineering & machine tools, F&B/FMCG, pharmaceuticals, material handling, chemical process and oil & gas industries.
- Proven success in developing, maintaining and expanding sales territories.
- Experience in managing Sales Channels/Distributors and motivating business partners in achieving sales goal.
- Good interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels of distributor/customer personnel including decision makers.
- Good presentation, communication and listening skills in English, is mandatory
- Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification is required
- Good business acumen and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior working experience with a foreign MNC preferred
