Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Management Human Resources or Psychology
2. Experiences 3 years in HR with good knowledge in Human Resource Process, performance appraisal, Indonesian labor laws & regulation, recruitment, hiring, and general Human Resource
3. Accustomed to taking care expatriates
4. Having knowledge ISO9001/14001/TS 16949
5. Good communication in English both oral and written
6. Proactive, fast learner, good adaptability, good personality, able to work under pressure
