Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Management Human Resources or Psychology with GPA min 3.00
2. Experiences 5 years in related field
3. Computer literate
4. Good interpersonal skills and high leadership
5. Strong skill in recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, Industrial relation, and organizational Development
6. Having knowledge about men power laws No. 13/2003 and related government regulation
7. Dynamic, energetic, disciplined individuals who have strong integrity and able to cope with high standard work
8. Having knowledge ISO9001/14001/TS 16949
9. Good communication in English both oral and written
10. Proactive, fast learner, good adaptability, good personality, able to work under pressure
