Requirements
- 8-10 years working experience as HR manager and has several years managing factory with Unions related exposures, such as: CLA, etc
- Education: At least University graduate (S1), major in Law is preferable
- Strong Leadership to drive the HR team to make things happens
- Good communication skills, in English both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport easily with all levels
- Understand well Manpower Law and Labor related Law/regulations in Indonesia
- Should be hands on, firm and independent person
- Able to engage and mobilize people
