Requirements

  • 8-10 years working experience as HR manager and has several years managing factory with Unions related exposures, such as: CLA, etc
  • Education: At least University graduate (S1), major in Law is preferable
  • Strong Leadership to drive the HR team to make things happens
  • Good communication skills, in English both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport easily with all levels
  • Understand well Manpower Law and Labor related Law/regulations in Indonesia
  • Should be hands on, firm and independent person
  • Able to engage and mobilize people
