Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Planning for financial strategy, monitoring and managing reports, develop systems and procedures related to Finance & Accounting.
- Plan, Coordinate and Control company's cash flow, particularly the management of accounts receivable and account payable.
- Coordinate and conduct financial planning and analysis to provide financial feedback for management business decisions.
- To coordinate long-term strategy formulation as the basic of Company Work Plan and Budget and take full control for the budget usage.
- Implement company policy to be applied for redusing various types of financial risk in the company.
- Consolidate the accurate and on time financial report to the Board of Directors.
- Monitoring all department F & A performance achievement qualitatively dan quantitatively based on KPI.
- Presents monthly financial performance to Managing Director.
- In deep coordination with Business Unit Head to ensure operational funds needed.
Persyaratan
- Minimun S1 Accounting. S2 Preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experience as Accounting / Finance Manager minimum 8 Years.
- Experience in annual budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Having strong analytical skills.
- Having good communication and interpersonal.
- Fluent English both oral and written.
