Sales Operations Assistant Manager PT. Furniplus Asia

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Maintain good relationship with new and existing customer
Retain order from customer
Respond to customer request
Receive and process purchase order from customer
Work together with PPIC,Production and warehouse team to ensure production goes on schedule and ready for shipment as requested delivery time
Arrange shipment process
Create weekly and monthly report to manager

Persyaratan

Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably marketing / communication / Business administration
Minimum 2 years experience preferably in Export Sales / Marketing
Fluent in english both verbal and written is a must, skill in other language will be considered as a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint ) and familiarity with common ERP platform is plus
Strong interpesonal communication skills required and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels
Demonstrated strong leadership ability, strong organizational skill and ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to meet established deadlines
Willing work to Batam
