Production Repair Supervisor PT. Asus Service Indonesia

Asus merupakan perusahaan berbasis di Taiwan yang memproduksi komponen komputer seperti papan induk, kartu grafis, dan notebook. Asus belakangan ini mulai memproduksi PDA, Telepon genggam, monitor LCD, tablet dan produk komputer lainnya. Pesaing utamanya termasuk MSI, dan Gigabyte.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Control production and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved
2. Ensure that the section is tightly supervised to complete all activities on time and within the standards required
3. Ensure that the section repair the quantities planned as per the schedule to meet the demands
4. Ensure material are on line, according to production schedule
5. Ensure finished products meeting customer requirement such as delivery on time, quantity & quality
6. Coordinate and mange repair teams activities to meet specified production yield and targeted Outgoing quality
7. requirement
8. Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so work is carried out consistently
9. to plan regarding the production scheduling of orders to ensure that the optimum production efficiency is obtained
10. Ensure that training is delivered to the new hires and that the polyvalences plan are properly managed.
11. Ensure, during the assigned shift, the execution of production plans in full compliance with the forecast constraints (quality, quantities, mix and delivery times) and costs (production efficiency, containment of waste), optimizing the available resources.
12. Responsible for all activities and evaluation reports and also subordinate self-development.
13. Manage and coordinate the staff during the assigned shift

Persyaratan

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
3. Posses’ minimum 3 years experience in electronic company in supervisory role
4. Good knowledge of electronic circuit analysis is advantages and interesting  about computer (hardware and software)
5. Posses Initiative, work independent and Team work
6. Having working experience in electronic product, Debug in electronic company is advantages
7. Familiar with Proces control tools is advantages
8. Team orientated with good interpersonal skills, Proactive, results oriented, and a “never give up” attitude
9. Good analytical skill, problem solving skill, process & product knowledge, leadership skill and the ability to influence change
10. Strong leadership, mature, honest, self confidence and able to work in a team
11. Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and methods
12. Familiar with leave management system
13. Aplicant from Batam Residence is more preferable
