Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Plan all machining and machine shop activities to optimize manpower and machine allocations, whilst ensuring that customer and project requirements deadlines and priorities are achieved;
- Monitor and measure individual production performance and productivity against personal and machines and address any shortcoming against expectations;
- Manage flow of materials through the machine shop to optimize flow, minimize space requirements, and reduce double handling;
- Manage machine shop safety including housekeeping, PPE, lifting and mechanical handling operations and use of machinery;
- Work closely with other Production departments, Maintenance Projects, QA QC and Production Planning to optimize machine operations, layout and structure and to meet overall project and company requirements and commitments to deliveries and quality.
Persyaratan
- English is a must
- Degree or minimum Diploma 3 from Engineering background;
- 4-5 years experiences in welding and cladding at a supervisory level;
- Experience in Manufacturing process;
- Certified on Supervisory Skill, Six Sigma, 5S and Lean Production.
