Workshop Manager Step Oiltools

STEP Oiltools was established on 1 April 2011. We aim to be an independent global provider of quality Drilling Waste Management products and services. We have presence in more than 10 countries and will further expand rapidly around the globe. We are looking for Workshop Manager

Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities as well as work with vendor facilities and landlord’s management to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related experiences
2. Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in fabrication, workshop management and supervision
3. Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS), QA/QC applications and documentation would be highly advantageous
4. Ability to deal effectively with supplier and vendor facilities
5. Proficient in MS office and possess good competency in verbal and written English
6. Demonstrated capability to perform in a fast paced environment
7. Must be residing in Batam
