Service Assistant
Responsibilities- Assist customer open and issue RMA number
- Solve quality issue for customers
- Act as contact window between customers and internal department and follow up pending issues.
- Update APAC Company Request and credit type case by weekly progress update at ASID incluede monitor issuing, Receiving , Repair and Shipment APAC RMA.
- Provide and update weekly and monthly report
- College degree or above
- Proficient in English and good at communication and interpesonal skill.
- Posses basic excel skill
- Able to work as a team member
- Willing to learn and work under pressure.
