Service Assistant

Responsibilities
  1. Assist customer open and issue RMA number 
  2. Solve quality issue for customers 
  3. Act as contact window between customers and internal department and follow up pending issues. 
  4. Update APAC Company Request and credit type case by weekly progress update at ASID incluede monitor issuing, Receiving , Repair and Shipment APAC RMA.
  5. Provide and update weekly and monthly report
Requirements
    1. College degree or above
    2. Proficient in English and good at communication and interpesonal skill.
    3. Posses basic excel skill
    4. Able to work as a team member
    5. Willing to learn and work under pressure.
