Job Description
- Representing the HR manager handling all spectrums of Human Resources
- Handling the grievance, complains and other personnel matters at the workplace
- Liaise with the Head of Department, supervisors and leaders in regards to employee discipline and things related to Personnel Actions
- Mediate and counseling employees for productivity improvement
- Assisting employees/ supervision handling of all HR related matters
- Attending the Production Roundtable Meeting on weekly basis
- Plan and propose the improvement plan to Head of Department
- Conduct meetings with related manager, supervisor and leader at the production department
- Bring up the cases which need higher authority decision
- Sign documents of HR or Personnel Action
- Issue internal memo and related communication
- Report and discuss to Head of department any personal relation matters
- Solve the problem and close it when it is done
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Management, Human Resources or an equivalent education, payroll function and/or work experience
- Experience as HR Officer at least 3 years
- Good knowledge in Industrial Relations matters
- Good knowledge of Manpower Regulations and on hands on with the Company Regulations
- Good knowledge of supervisory practices, procedure, legal requirement
- Good communication, performance & Interpersonal skills
- Cooperation and Team Spirit
