Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering
2. Minimum 4 years experiences in manufacturing company
3. Experience in industrial spray painting process will be added advatage
4. Able to complete production plan by scheduling and assigning available resources
5. Establishing priorities, Monitoring progress, Resolving problems
6. Drive production employees to achieve established goals
7. Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained
