Epcos, A TDK Group Company, is a leading manufacturer of these key products For our strategic business company location in Batam (Indonesia), we are immediately looking for Process Engineer For Glass Sensor

Job Description

1. Release of new/modified products and process.
2. To work on Rationalization Projects to improve operational efficiency through cost reduction and process yield enhancement.
3. To work on projects which include the concept design, cost calculation, and successful implementation.
4. Produce sample as per specifications for on-time customer qualification
5. In house Process improvement and Controlling such as,
6. Perform study and evaluation upon receiving BFR and Production Defective Report
7. Process and material study upon receiving the non-conformance from production.
8. Preform process capability analysis and capacity study.
9. To improve processes in achieving of TQM target.
10. Monitoring of production performance, machine performance & scrap development as well

Requirements

1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline
2. Experience in Manufacturing sector
3. Experience of working in ISO 9000/QS9000/VDA 6.1 Quality system environment
4. Experience in handling automatic or semiautomatic machine is preferable
5. Basic knowledge of electrical / electronic components
6. Knowledge in Mechanical engineering
7. Knowledge of working with computers using Microsoft office, AutoCAD, etc.
8. Knowledge in process monitoring and improvement tools such as SPC, Six sigma, etc.
9. Able to communicated well in English, (Spoken and written)
