1. University degree in an operations-related or engineering
2. Thorough knowledge of welding and machining process
3. Familiar with materials and quality objectives
4. Good interpersonal and collaborations skills
5. The desire to be a part of a world class team
6. Good communication in English
7. Familiar with engineering drawing
8. Experienced on lead and interaction directly with people
