Requirements
  1. Diploma / Bachelor degree any discipline
  2. Experiences and well-versed of following function (Indonesia labor law, familiar with batam important government departments
  3. Handle recruitment of the employees
  4. Applying and renewal of foreign employees permit
  5. Applying and renewal of foreign Company License and permits
  6. Handle employee work grievances/complaints and conselling
  7. Attend to government matters concerned the company
  8. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, etc
  9. Fluent in English both oral & written
