Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities as well as work with vendor facilities and landlord’s management to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization
Facility Manager
Responsibility- Repair and maintenance of fabrication workshop
- Manage workshop facility in accordance with the Company’s system and requirement
- Develop good working relationship with landlord’s management relating to lease agreement
- Develop working relationship with local infrastructure suppliers
- Develop and maintain a core team of approved vendors
- Oversee equipment supply chain requirement applicable to Batam’s regulations
- Develop and/or assist in the development of required site-specific processes/work instructions in accordance with the Company’s management system
- Develop and maintain infrastructure that ensures the security of the Company’s facility as well as safety of personnel
- Overall in-charge of the maintenance of facility and assets contracted or owned by the Company
- Hiring and personnel development
- Maintain and be accountable for petty cash / imprest account according to Company’s financial requirements
- Collaborate with QHSE team to put in place HSE best practices
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineer technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities management
- Ability to deal effectively with supplier and vendor facilities
- Good interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS office and possess a good verbal and written English skill
- Demonstrate capability to perform in a fast paced environment
