Requirements

1. Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) with relevant safety qualifications required.
2. Minimum 8 years of heavy industry or construction experience.
3. 5 years of direct supervision at site for EPCM construction projects are required.
4. Strong commitment to safety and able to demonstrate effective leadership, communication and problem solving.
5. Positive attitude towards problems
6. A good motivator and firm decision maker
7. Result oriented and schedule conscious
8. Resourceful and posses good initiative
9. Able to make independent decisions
