Job Roles and Responsibilities- To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the shipping department and is responsible for coordinating the activities of employees engaged in material handling, shipping and storage
- Day-to-day responsibilities of shipping is include: Overseeing certain incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments
- Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules and expediting workflow
- Determining shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Provide the report of shipping progress and Shipping costing report
- Ensuring shipping area is organized and clean at all times and meets all compliance factors
- Inspecting loading operations to ensure compliance with specifications
- 5 years experience as Shipping (experience in Batam is preferable) to handle export & import
- Familiar with shipping cost report
- Familiar with customs celarance and BP Kawasan
- Excellent command in English, both written & spoken.
- Good in leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem solving, and analysis
- Understand INCOTERM
- Willing to working under pressure and hardworking
