Requirements
- Good computer skill especially microsoft office application
- Good analytical skills
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Minimum university degree in Science or Engineering
- Having experience 2-3 years in failure/OOS/NCR/Complaint investigations or Quality Function
- Eperience with root cause analysis tools and or risk analysis such as : fish bone diagram, 5 WHYS, FMEA and HACCR
Responsibilities
- Understand the complaint/failure/CAPA investigations requirements based on international standard : GMP/QSR US FDA, and ISO Standard
- Review customer complaint report and initiate complaint investigations
- Collaborate with others Departments and generate technical investigations report to responds customer complaint
- Periodic review of customers complaint trends and provides feedback of the effectiveness as corrective preventive actions.
