Production Molding Manager

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma / degree holder in technical engineering
2. Must have at 5-10 years working experience in the same positions
3. Must be well versed in molding machine parameter setting and good knowledge in troubleshooting
4. Fully responsible for the control of quality, reject cost, safety, productivity, technical develompment, training of employees, efficiency and scheduling
5. Ensure production requirements are met with in established quality, costs and delivery commitments
6. Preferably experience in clean room molding
7. Familiar with quality management systems and its implementations
8. Able to interact with other manager and lead a group of supervisor and leader in department
9. Must be discipline, responsible and be able to work a team
