Process Engineer PT. PCI Electronic International

PT. PCI Electronic International is a subsidiary Company of PCI Limited with manufacturing locations in Batam. we are looking for urgently required the position as Process Engineer (Code: PRO)

Responsibilities

1. Control, maintain and improve the production yield
2. Analyze/investigate the root cause for line fallout and customer complaints and advice corrective actions
3. Generate work instruction for production
4. Train production staff in the assembly/test of the product
5. Able to communicate with customer directly

Requirements

1. Fluent in both written and spoken English
2. Knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing Setup
3. Able to work with minimum supervision
4. Knows quality tools(Pareto, SPC, GR&R, QCC)
5. Knowledge in PFMEA, IPC, Etc.
