IT Senior Technician
- Associates degree in computers science or equivalent. Technical certification (Cisco, Microsoft, Network+, A+) desired
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing second level information technology support with an emphasis on end-user and personal computer support. Experienced in manufacturing environment is preferred
- Advanced technical proficiency in microsoft operating system, Microsoft office suite, Microfost active directory, LAN/WAN Operations, and other applications as defined by the location supported
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate with user and department leaders to identify and troubleshoot IT needs and issues. Ability to translate complex technical issues into simple terms
- Strong knowledge of network concepts, terminology and technologies
- Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Occasional availability for off-hours maintenance and emergency
- Strong desire and aptitude for learning technologies
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and server maintenance.
