Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree equal
2. Male / Female 30 to 40 years old
3. Minimum 5 years experience as managerial or similar position
4. Able to handle all spectrum human Resources and General Affair
5. Having good knowledge for recruitment, training & development, industrial relation and solve problem
6. Manage the activities of all realize of HR system : Payroll system, welfare, insurance, dismissal, etc
7. Ensuring HR Policies efficiency
8. Improving employees effectiveness
9. Aligning training and Development with organizational needs
10. Measuring performance of against development objectives and/or job requirement
11. Forecasting talent need to optimize recruiting
12. Managing succession planning in HR role
13. Ensuring quality of hire
14. Calibrating the strength of the leadership bench
15. Ensuring internal labour market efficiency
16. Driving HR process re-engineering
17. Driving customer service
18. Importing the strength of the employment brand
