Duties
- Manage maintenance works of factory
- Liaising with Tenant and Contractor to make sure that repair works are carried out properly
- Ensure Tenant complaint are promptly responded
Qualifications
- Degree from Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Experience in the same field for min 2 years
