From humble beginnings 12 years ago, our products are now in service around the globe and with some of the world’s largest and most respected organisations including Aramco, Chevron, Exxon, Petrobras and Shell.
We have production facilities in Batam, Indonesia, and in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, and are in process of establishing facilities in Saudi Arabia. These facilities not only give us truly global and cost effective manufacturing capability, they also demonstrate the commitment that Cladtek has made to the regions in which we work, and our customers.
Cladtek is a highly flexible organisation, willing to work with our customers to optimise solutions. Customers can select their preferred carrier pipe manufacturer and free issue material to Cladtek, or we can provide a complete package including carrier pipe/fittings and cladding, selecting from a wide range of high quality sub-suppliers. The location of our facilities have also been selected to suit our customers, being close to line pipe coating yards, and to logistics facilities for road and sea freight.
Cladtek is ISO 9001/API Q1 certified and holds API 5LC (Lic 0019) and API 5LD (Lic 0007). Our commitment to quality is reflected in our continuing investment in new equipment and methods for quality assurance and control. Our in-house Research and a Development team is constantly focused on developing technologies to enhance our products and give our customers absolute peace of mind.
Cladtek has a strong behaviour based safety system, and has invested in equipment, methods, people and processes to fully support that system. Our track record in safety speaks for itself with industry leading LTIFR of 0.09 and TRIFR of 0.18 (As at Dec 2014).
